We stock stoneware suited to handbuilt walls and coastal drying — not a wall of commercial tableware clay for mass production.
Most workshops begin with a mid-range stoneware that joins cleanly and survives our electric firings. Grogged bodies are available for taller sculpture when you need tooth and reduced warping. Porcelain appears only in advanced surface sessions because thin porcelain walls demand a different drying discipline in Limassol air.
Shared tools include wooden ribs, metal scrapers, needle tools, wire cutters, sponges, and banding wheels for refining leather-hard forms. You may bring favourite tools if they are clean and labelled. We do not allow dusty power carving indoors without prior approval.
